Quality Assurance Engineer Apply

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Garforth. The successful applicant will be responsible for the managing and coordinating quality assurance within Ginetta.

Salary: Competative

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Ginetta has been building British road and race cars since 1958 - but since its purchase by LNT Group in 2005, the company has grown to become one of the most significant players on the global motorsport scene. With racing pedigree throughout the business; Lawrence/Team LNT and Ginetta have raced at Le Mans with Lawrence himself winning the GT2 class at Le Mans 2006 in a Panoz Esperante.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Garforth. The successful applicant will be responsible for the managing and coordinating quality assurance within Ginetta.

You will need a strong quality engineering background with experience using TS16949 auditing systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for the implementation and management of auditing systems which will achieve IATF 16949 2016 standards within the 12 to 18 months of appointment.

Whilst not essential, experience of working in an automotive environment is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure, monitor and report on quality and performance
  • Perform technical investigations into vehicle issues
  • Perform countermeasure confirmation audits on previous closed actions
  • Implementation of Key Performance Indicators to manage the performance of the business
  • Develop a quality auditing system with a view to achieving IATF 16949 2016 Standards by 2018/19
  • Regular 5S audit of the areas and processing of goods
  • Completion of risk assessments for external supplier inspections
  • Tracking of all project and production related costs
  • Facilitation and support of business improvement initiatives
  • Quality checks and performance monitoring of parts being delivered to site
  • Ensure parts delivered are of the correct quality by monitoring and recording performance
  • Performing goods inwards checks and supplier audits as required
  • Management reporting

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality engineering or technician role.
  • Experience or trained in TS 16949 auditing
  • Proficient with root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
  • Attention to detail and well organised
  • Diligent and conscientious
  • Friendly, polite, with a professional , proactive and dynamic approach

Body Systems Designer Apply

Ginetta are currently working on two exciting new projects and as such are looking to recruit an enthusiastic design engineer to join our growing design team in Garforth.

Ginetta has been building British road and race cars since 1958 - but since its purchase by LNT Group in 2005, the company has grown to become one of the most significant players on the global motorsport scene. With racing pedigree throughout the business; Lawrence/Team LNT and Ginetta have raced at Le Mans with Lawrence himself winning the GT2 class at Le Mans 2006 in a Panoz Esperante.

Ginetta are currently working on two exciting new projects and as such are looking to recruit an enthusiastic design engineer to join our growing design team in Garforth.

This will be a varied role, however we are looking for experience of turning “styled” CAD surfaces into engineered advanced composite panels, ready for production.

The successful applicant will have a number of years’ experience in an appropriate position within the motorsport or general automotive industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3D modelling and engineering drawings
  • Body surfacing and body engineering
  • Conversion of styled surfaces into engineered panels
  • Generation of production ready part design including engineering drawings as appropriate
  • Mechanical design
  • Supplier liaison as required

  • Experience of composite body systems engineering

Mechanical Designer Apply

Ginetta are currently working on two exciting new projects and as such are looking to recruit an enthusiastic design engineer to join our growing design team in Garforth.

The successful applicant will have a number of years’ experience in an appropriate position within the motorsport or general automotive industry.

Car Assembley Placement Apply

We now have an opportunity for a placement student to work within the car assembly team.
